The animations behind the work
Short loops drawn to explain each project in a few seconds — first as covers for a freelance profile, now here. They play as Lottie animations, so the words in them stay text.
Reel
All of them in 60 seconds
The loops cut together, one after another: the gate, trucutru's two views, forced alignment, the trajectory, local-first, visual-diff, the design system and the blog. The line each one ends on is captioned in English.
acceptance-gate · the gate
Every PR passes the same gate
PR #441 waits on lint, typecheck, build, test, format, health, orchestrator and e2e, and the Merge button wakes only once all eight are green. Including the pull requests that build the repo.

acceptance-gate · design system
Tokens, then atoms, then molecules
Colour tokens become a Button and an input, and those become a newsletter form that passes its accessibility check. The design system argued in one move: nothing is improvised at the top that was not decided at the bottom.

acceptance-gate · visual-diff
Agents write. A person approves the baseline.
Baseline and candidate side by side. The candidate's Merge button changed contrast, six variants are flagged, and a person marks them reviewed before CI passes.

acceptance-gate · blog
Every decision, in writing
Four of the blog's posts, each a decision with the evidence beside it: what CI really bills, designing before the agent does, the changelog as the first page, and the error tracker that won.

acceptance-gate · blog
Every article, with its evidence beside it
One post's numbers, counted up from the repository they came from: a monthly CI quota spent in 48 hours, and why.

trucutru · two views
The reader never sees their errors. The family sees the trajectory.
The same reading on two screens. The child sees the text and a timer; the family sees every misread word and the words per minute.

trucutru · local-first
No accounts. No backend. The audio never leaves home.
The recording goes from the microphone to the family's own computer, where it is aligned and scored. Nothing is sent anywhere.

carloslima.dev
Every claim, two clicks from its evidence
This site's own opening in a browser frame: the line it starts with, and the four figures under it.

Each animation explains something a screenshot only proves; the project pages show the proof beside it.
